David was born and raised the eldest of three in a hard-working home in Dublin, Ireland – his father, a building contractor, and his mother, a children’s nurse.
After his education in Ireland, he worked for a short while in London as a financial executive for an engineering company. He also spent some time working in Toronto for a property management firm. Through these experiences, David learned how to work with people on an international level. He also learned how different countries’ economies function.
In 1989, David immigrated to the United States. He arrived in Boston that year and began working with a major New England bank, helping business owners restructure cash flow and finances to address bank obligations.
In 1993, he met his wife-to-be, Anne, a native of Boston who was a manager in the trading department of a brokerage company. They married in 1998.
David left his position with the bank in 1995 to seek a more impactful way to help families and business owners with their personal finances.
David, his wife Anne, and their three children reside in a local community north of Boston. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, soccer, and biking. He is an avid fundraiser for the Salvation Army.
